By accessing or using Extender Exchange ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Extender Exchange is a platform that helps cruise passengers organize Fish Extender (FE) gift exchanges. It allows users to create sailing groups, register cabin details, and coordinate gift pairings with fellow cruisers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform.

4. User Conduct

By using Extender Exchange, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent cabin or participant information.
• Use the platform to harass, spam, or harm other users.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
• Use the platform for any commercial or promotional purpose without our consent.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform's infrastructure.

5. Gift Exchanges

Extender Exchange facilitates the coordination of gift exchanges but is not a party to any exchange between users. We are not responsible for gifts that are not delivered, lost, damaged, or deemed unsatisfactory. Participation in gift exchanges is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion.

6. Organizer Responsibilities

Users who create sailing groups ("organizers") are responsible for managing their group appropriately, communicating clearly with participants, and ensuring exchange rules are fair and transparent. Extender Exchange does not endorse or supervise any individual sailing group.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code belonging to Extender Exchange is our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. You retain ownership of any personal content you submit, but grant us a limited license to display it within the platform.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Extender Exchange is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Privacy

Your use of Extender Exchange is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
